Dr. Muhammad Abdur Razzaque, MP is a prominent Bangladeshi politician and currently serving as the Minister of the Ministry of Agriculture. He continues to play a pivotal role in the Agribusiness sector. Previously serving as the national coordinator of Integrated Farming System Research and Development; he contributed immensely to agricultural policy development and research. Mr. Razzaque has a specialization in Farming System Research and Sustainable Rural Agricultural Development. He authored "Methodology Guidelines for Farming Systems Research and Development in Bangladesh".

Dr. Razzaque's contribution to Bangladesh began as a freedom fighter in the liberation war of 1971. Besides Agriculture, he served as the Minister for two other ministries: Food and Disaster Management. He contributed to the establishment of the SAARC Food Bank and the formulation of the SAARC and BIMSTEC disaster framework.
